Tradovic is an online trading education platform that provides courses, interactive learning modules, quizzes, practice tools, and a community for traders. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All course content, materials, logos, and platform code are the intellectual property of Tradovic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Tradovic provides educational content only. We do not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Participants in the Tradovic affiliate program must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Misleading advertising or spam is prohibited. Tradovic reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations.
Tradovic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
